Lachlan Brayshaw

Actor

Lachlan is an emerging Meanjin-based actor and writer. Originally from Queanbeyan, NSW, he moved to Brisbane to complete a Bachelor of Acting at the Queensland Conservatorium. Trained in stage and screen, he brings authenticity, emotional depth, and strong storytelling skills to every role.

  • Lachlan is an actor and writer based in Meanjin. He graduated from the Queensland Conservatorium in 2025, where he was classically trained in acting, voice and movement both for theatre and stage. Before his studies, Lachlan was involved in a plethora of musicals, short films and variety nights, as well as gaining a cert 3 in live stage productions, all of these experience proving as important foundations for his craft and helped pave the way for his future studies and career. 

    Throughout university, Lachlan performed the role of Goliathin Butter, Claudio in Much Ado About Nothing, The Client in The Vera Watson Wellness Centre, Will Bennett in Blue Stockings and Polykleitos in Welcome to Thebes. Lachlan has also been involved in the web series NSFW in the role of Aaron.
    Lachlan hopes to continue applying his skills within the creative industry for the years to come, both on stage and off.
