We use TryBooking for all of our productions and events. Galaxy is our 150 set proscenium arch theatre and is it assigned seating which is very clear when you book. Pluto is free seating. However if you have any mobility or sight issues please feel free to contact us to help you. Events in Cosmos or Halley’s Cottage are free seating. If the event is not Ad Astra you will need to speak to the event organiser to discuss seating.

Ad Astra is located at 210 Petrie Terrace.

We will be happy to refund your tickets or move your tickets to another show but only if you contact us more than 24 hours out from the performance.

We are unable to provide a refund or move tickets if you contact us within 24 hours of the performance starting.

Sadly, we are unable to refund or move your tickets. Please ensure that you leabe enough time to arrive at the theatre before the show commences as there is a strict lock out for performances.
