Trish Rosales is an emerging creative with a strong passion for Production Management and Set Design. She thrives on supporting projects from initial concept to final performance, embracing every stage of the creative process with care and precision.
Beginning her work with the Underground Theatre Company at UQ, Trish served as a Production Assistant for the 2023 and 2025 Playground Festivals, supporting short-form works from development to presentation. She later worked as Set Designer for Slap. Bang. Kiss. (2024) and How to Vote (2024), contributing thoughtful and dynamic visual storytelling to each production.
In 2025, she stepped into the role of Production Manager for Underground Theatre Company’s season, overseeing multiple works and strengthening her leadership in coordination, communication, and creative logistics.
Recently, Trish has expanded her experience into cabaret and musical theatre. She is currently serving as Production Assistant for Ad Astra’s mainstage production of Six Characters in Search of an Author, continuing her commitment to bringing creative visions to life with clarity, purpose, and care.
