Petria Leong is a technical production student with growing interests in stage management, lighting design and set design.

Biography

Petria is currently in her second year studying a Bachelor of Fine Arts (Technical Production) at Queensland University of Technology (QUT). Growing up with a strong passion for the performing arts, she was involved in multiple musicals throughout high school working in set and staging which has led to her involvement in various roles in multiple productions. Since starting her degree, Petria has worked as Lighting and Sound Operator for Of Mice and Men at Ad Astra, Sound Operator for Macbeth at the 4MBS Brisbane Shakespeare Festival and most recently as Assistant Stage Manager for Rabbit Hole at Ad Astra.
