Samara Louise is an Australian creative based in Meanjin (Brisbane). She is a current student of the Bachelor of Fine Arts (Drama) program where she continues to refine an abundance of artistic skills. Her approach to creating innovative and inspired work is to be a well-versed wholistic creator.


Biography

Samara Louise is a Meanjin (Brisbane) based recording artist, actor, writer, director, and stage manager. She shows strengths in both on and off the stage with a particular interest in production. Notable production credits include as the Executive Producer for the Australian premiere of ‘Twisted’ with MacMS, and as co-director for the upcoming play ‘Very Still & Hard to See’ with Villanova Players Start Ups. Writing credits include as the author of poetry collection ‘the love that remains’, and as a journalist intern for Happy Magazine. Notable performance credits include as Sharpay Evans in ‘High School Musical’, Mercy Lewis in ‘The Crucible’, and Laertes in ‘Hamlet’. Her debut single ‘Heart Says No’ was the feature song for the 2022 Neighbours Series Finale. Samara’s approach to creating innovative and inspired art is to be a well-versed wholistic creator.
